Before placing an order, please read the terms and conditions and ‘Help/About the Shop’ section.

Terms and conditions for Internatonal orders 

1. Parties to the transaction

a. The Owner

b. The Buyer

The Buyer must be an adult individual legally resident within the territory of the European Union. We do not sell to companies domiciled outside of Poland.


2. The subject of the transaction, prices, discounts, shipment costs

a. The subject of the transaction are the products described in the Shop’s website

b. We do not manufacture products from the materials provided by the Buyer.

c. Prices are quoted in Polish zlotys. We reserve the right to change the price at any time. The price for the goods quoted in the order shall be binding. The prices shall not be considered an offer within the meaning of art. 61 of the Civil Code.

d. The prices are individually lowered by the shop’s discount ing system. More information about this can be found in ‘Help/About the Shop’ section.

e. Shipment charges calculated according to the weight of the parcel, the destination country zone, etc., shall be added to the price. The cost information can be found in the basket section.

f. Each product name in the order is given in Polish to avoid any misunderstanding s. Please read carefully the description on the product sheet in your language.


3. Ways to place an order

a. Placing an order means accepting the terms and conditions, if any matter the Buyer considers important is not covered by the terms and conditions, please inquire at +48 075 7674271 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Polish only)

The Buyer places an order :

- through the basket – by completing the order form in the website.

- by email (Polish only) to

- by phone or fax ( Polish only) +48 075 7674271 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

c. The Buyer undertakes to complete the order form correctly and according to actual situation.

d. The Buyer shall have the right to cancel the order before it is shipped. In such a case, they undertake to send their cancellation notice by email ( Polish only). Cancellation is possible only until the invoice has been issued.


4. Confirmation of order by the Parties

a. T o be valid, the order should be confirmed by the Shop, and next, by the Buyer. The Buyer confirms the order by clicking on the link in the letter sent by the Shop. An unconfirmed order, which is questionable, may be cancelled.

b. The Shop reserves the right in every case to verify the order and cancel it in the event of a justified doubt as to the reliability of such order.


5. Payment methods

a. Only one payment method is possible for foreign orders:

- Payments from countries other than Poland shall be made through PAYPAL – an advance payment is payable at the explicit request for payment before the goods are shipped. - When the order is complete, the Shop sends a letter via PAYPAL with a request for payment. The Buyer pays the order amount through PAYPAL (the value of the goods plus shipment charges). The goods are shipped after the funds are received in the account. Please transfer the payment only after receiving the request. Payments made via PAYPAL are beneficial for the Buyer due to low costs of sending the money.


6. Delivery

The goods are delivered by post or courier service.

b. The Shop shall not be liable for delayed deliveries by the post office and other courier service companies.

In situations requiring our intervention, we will do our best (within the territory of Poland) to assist the Customer with finding the parcel.

c. The Customer becomes the owner of the ordered goods upon making the payment for those goods. Halzbi waives its title to the consignment of the goods upon dispatch and therefore, the Customer shall be obliged to look after the consignment in their country and to ensure its timely collection.

d. The Shop notifies the Buyer of the shipment and its number when the parcel is dispatched.


7. Delivery times

a. Products offered by the Shop are usually available from its warehouse unless otherwise indicated next to the product. The dispatch time shall be from 7 to 21 days.

b. Products marked as ‘ available to order’ are delivered on the dates separately agreed and approved by both parties.

c. The delivery time shall be understood to be the time from receipt of the payment in the account by the Shop till the dispatch of the consignment. Working days shall be the basis for calculation.

d. Where the order is divided in several shipments, the Buyer agrees to bear the costs of individual shipments.

e. Order status information is visible in the panel after logging in.


8. Complaints and returns

a. According to the Act of 2 March 2000, on protection of certain consumer rights(Dz. U. – Journal of Laws – of 2000 No. 22, item 271), The Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the agreement for convenience within 10 days of the date of delivering the goods.

The goods being returned must have undamaged, original labels, should be complete and must not be used.


b. Should the buyer wish to take advantage of their rights granted under the act, they shall send the product at their own cost to the Shop’s address. In addition, the Buyer shall send a written statement of withdrawal from the purchase agreement by registered letter. (Polish only).

c. The Shop undertakes to send the refund for the returned goods no later than within 14 days of receiving the statement of withdrawal from the agreement (Polish only), and to return the issued VAT invoice, to the bank account provided by the Buyer in the statement of withdrawal from the agreement. The buyer shall bear all the costs including the costs of sending the refund.

d. A condition for considering complaints related to the damage of the goods in trans it is a damage report signed with the courier upon collection of the consignment (only a Polish translation). Please check the contents of the parcel at all times if any damages to the parcel are visible upon collection of the consignment.

e. The Buyer may make a claim on the manufacturer’s guarantee or use the concept of incompliance between the goods and the agreement. The Shop undertakes to consider the buyer’s complaint within 14 days of lodging it.

f. A complaint shall be lodged by sending a signed statement (Polish only).

g. Complaints under the statutory warranty shall be admitted only in justified cases (e.g. goods received are not compliant with the order).

h. Differences in the appearance due to individual settings of the Customer’s computer monitor, i.e.: colour temperature, image proportions, etc., shall not be the basis for recognizing the complaint.

The customer should be aware of the costs resulting from completing the order and the costs of goods return, if any.


9. Guarantee

a. The goods offered by the Shop are brand new and covered by guarantee.

b. The guarantee shall be for 12 months and shall be evidenced by the proof of purchase – the invoice.


10. Other rights, security and privacy protection

The Shop is a professional system focused on the Buyer data security.

a. Placing an order shall mean the Buyer’s consent to personal data storage and processing.

b. That data shall be used solely for the purposes of Halzbi and shall never be forwarded to third parties.

c. The Buyer shall have the right to access, update and delete their own data.

d. Adding the email address to the newsletter system shall be the consent to receive correspondence with commercial offers.


11. Final provisions

a. All the information appearing next to the product is provided by the manufacturer.

b. Titles of books, etc. shall be used for information purposes and shall remain the property of their respective Owners. Halzbi does not distribute the Bible, books or magazines. We are a manufacturer of covers for those publications.

c. The Shop does not rent the offered products to the Buyer for testing.

d. In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code are applicable.

We shall settle the disputes in an amicable way and if an agreement is not reached, the competent court shall be the court having territorial jurisdiction over the Shop’s domicile.

g. A fast-changing reality requires that the Shop owners reserve a right to modify and amend the Terms and Conditions.


12. Useful legal acts

The Act of 2 March 2000 on protection of certain consumer rights and hazardous product liability (Dz. U. No. 22, item 271 , as amended)

The Act on providing e-services of 18 July 2002 (Dz. U. No. 144, item 1204 , as amended)


We inform that the presented product catalogue shall not be considered a commercial offer within the meaning of art. 61 of the Civil Code and is solely of an informative nature.
